CompareNow is operated by LifeCovered Limited (FSP675171), a Financial Advice Provider registered with the New Zealand Companies Office and the Financial Service Providers Register. We provide this Site as a service to our customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site (Agreement). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site. Although you may bookmark a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to the terms. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You and LifeCovered Limited submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of this Site.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Miscellaneous
