Compare Now Price Guarantee 

We, Compare Now (referred to herein as “Compare Now,” “we,” “us” and “our”.

The Compare Now Price Promise guarantees that if you have an offer for the identical policy with the same provider within 40 days of date your policy is issued we will send you a Gift Card for the value of difference of the first year’s premiums plus an additional $50.

This relates to the premiums paid to provider, it does not apply to rebates.

In order to claim on the Compare Now Price Promise you must supply a confirmed offer noting the terms of acceptance addressed to you for an identical product from one our approved providers.

1. The Compare Now Price Promise

   1. in the event of loadings a confirmed offer or of terms from the insurance provider need to be supplied.

   2. does not include rebates, other gifts, offers, promotions or incentives provided in conjunction with the policy, it only applies to the policy premium.

   3. does not apply if quoted premiums are only different because of rounding adjustments to the quoted prices.

   4. only one Gift Card will be issued in the case of two or more polices holders for a life assured one Gift Card will be issued.

2. In the case your request for the Compare Now Price Promise the reasons for your non-entitlement may include:

   1. we were unable to confirm the validity or accuracy of the cheaper quote you provided

   2. we considered that the cheaper quote found by you was not identical to the health insurance policy taken out with Compare Now.

3. Does not apply to corporate offers or group discounts.

Gift Card Promotion

1. Gift Cards will be posted to the policy holders address 40 days after your claim is verified.

2. Only one Gift Card will be issued in the case of two or more polices holders for a life assured one Gift Card will be issued.
3. If you lose the Gift Card, no replacement Gift Card will be issued to you.
4. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of a Gift Card due to incorrect details or information being submitted by or on behalf a customer to use.
5. This promotion is not transferable to any other person or redeemable for cash.
6. Compare Now Limited reserves the right, to change, refuse to accept or vary or discontinue this promotion without notice.
