Simple to apply
There is only one health statement. You do not need to provide any evidence of good health. You just need to provide your details and confirm that you have not been
diagnosed with any illness or disease that is expected to cause death within 12 months of the date of application.
Golden Life Plan is available to New Zealand citizens orpermanent residents of New Zealand living in New Zealand.
